Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return it for a refund or exchange (only exchange if the required item is in stock). Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving it. They must be returned unused in their original packaging and with all tags/labels still attached.

Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs or taxes. Furthermore we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
